While working at Complete Care Shop I was tasked with transitioning all emails (70+) to the new design system, while complying with user research and a WCAG 2.1 AA rating for accessibility.
All designs were completed using a mixture of Illustrator and Photoshop for the rasterised images, and Figma for the UI/responsive design side.
